Stainless steel elbow 90° clamp × clamp D38 (50.5 mm) is a sanitary elbow designed to connect two Clamp joints at right angles. The elbow is suitable for hygienic pipe systems in brewery, food and beverage technologies, where the emphasis is on easy disassembly, cleanability and modular construction.
The standard Clamp connection enables quick assembly without welding and ensures compatibility with common sanitary systems.
Sanitary elbow 90° clamp × clamp is made of polished stainless steel and designed for pipe diameter D38mm (DN40). Both sides are finished with clamp flange 50.5 mm, which enables a hygienic connection using a sleeve and seal.
The elbow is designed with an optimized bending radius, which ensures a smooth flow of the medium and minimizes pressure losses. The smooth inner surface reduces the accumulation of dirt and facilitates sanitation in CIP processes.
