Professional equipment and freedom to brew
Infusion and decoction brewing, traditional lager and your own top-fermented recipes. Reliable equipment leaves the brewer in control of the process and the beer’s character.
Brewing tradition. Technology of the 21st century.
Pivní dílna is not just stainless steel and hoses. We are developing a well-thought-out ecosystem of small professional breweries, in which each component has its place and links to the others.
From the beginning, we ask ourselves one question: How to build a full-fledged professional brewery with the least possible demands on space, connection, energy, work, time and money?

Goals by which we develop
We want a working brewery to fit even in a house or pub. We assess each solution by brewing performance, space, utility connections and the work it adds or saves.
Infusion and decoction brewing, traditional lager and your own top-fermented recipes. Reliable equipment leaves the brewer in control of the process and the beer’s character.
We look at the production costs of the technology as well as what it will cost to use it on a daily basis. Our goal is an affordable purchase price, efficient equipment and the smallest possible demands on energy, water and work.
Every container, hose and work step must have its place. We are looking for a compact arrangement and the simplest possible requirements for connections so that the brewery can adapt to the real space.
From handling ingredients through brewing to cleaning, we plan the sequence of work. The goal is less carrying, switching and waiting, so one person can operate a small brewery.
Malting, mashing, brewing, fermentation, cooling, cleaning and bottling form one process. We develop the equipment as a connected system that can grow with the brewery.
Vlastní řízení z Pivní dílna
Good beer needs a brewer. But you need not watch the thermometer and clock all day. E-Brew Assistance handles routine monitoring and repetitive steps, leaving the recipe, flavour and brewing decisions to you.
The system can monitor cooling temperatures overnight. Depending on the chosen equipment, it connects controls for the brewhouse, cooling and washing unit.
Meet your under-sweetener →You set the process; E-Brew monitors the values and handles selected steps. That means fewer manual checks and a better chance of repeating a successful brew.
Fermentation continues after you leave. Depending on the equipment, E-Brew monitors temperature, pressure and fermentation, controls cooling and helps maintain the set pressure through an automatic pressure valve. Remote monitoring lets you check the tanks away from the brewery.
Cleaning follows brewing. Depending on the equipment, E-Brew manages washing cycles for brewery equipment, packaging and tap lines, and can also support pasteurization. It handles timing and repeated switching while you do other work.
We are preparing a connection to Odoo so production records and day-to-day administration can work alongside equipment controls. This integration is still in development.
The specific requirements for space and connections, the scope of automation and the possibility of operation by one person are based on the chosen set-up and mode of operation.
Each part has its own task
You have seen the idea behind our equipment and E-Brew Assistance. Now explore each part of the brewery in production order and see how the pieces work together.

01 / Preparation of malt
The malt cabinet allows you to create unique malts that will be yours alone. We are developing just such a solution for small operations — so that your brewery can have its own signature right from the raw material.
The malt mill prepares grain for brewing. Its large rollers crush the malt instead of grinding it to flour, helping keep the husks intact.

02 / Brewing
A traditional lager, top-fermented beer or your own recipe? Our modular brewhouses support infusion and decoction brewing. You choose the recipe; together we tailor the process, equipment and level of automation.

03 / Fermentation and aging
Yeast needs the right conditions, and you need to know how fermentation is progressing. Depending on the equipment, E-Brew monitors temperature and pressure. Cooling and an automatic pressure valve help maintain the set conditions, while remote monitoring reduces the need to check each tank in person.

04 / Washing and sanitation
Use it to clean and sanitize tanks, the brewhouse, kegs, bottles and tap lines. Depending on the equipment, it can also support pasteurization. Between cycles it serves as a sink, making better use of the available space.
Find out what washes everything →05 / Pasteurization and filling
Finished beer deserves care even on the way to the packaging. Our flow-through pasteur solves controlled heat treatment when the beer passes through the device. The filler then helps the beer into the bottles. Two separate solutions that have their place at the end of production.
We will gradually introduce the flow paster in more detail. We continue to develop the filler — we will add its specific design and options after verification.
Filler · what we are preparing →Do you have your own beer in mind and a place where it could be created? In the calculator, you can get a first idea of the composition and approximate price. Together we will fine-tune the space, equipment and how you will work in the brewery.
