The sanitary cartridge filter is robust stainless steel filter body, designed for food and brewing applications such as the filtration of beer, wine, ciders and other beverages in the production process as well as the final treatment before packaging. The filter is compatible with cassette cartridges of various types and levels of filtration.

The filter body allows the use of cartridges from coarse filtration, which captures larger particles, sediments and sludge, via fine filtration for removing finer impurities, up to sterile filtration before pasteurization or filling, which significantly reduce the microbial load and increase the stability of beer or wine during storage.

Thanks to the sanitary construction of food grade stainless steel is a filter suitable for the demanding environment of breweries and wineries, where the emphasis is on hygiene, easy maintenance and long-term service life. The surface is prepared for easy cleaning and sanitation, including the CIP (clean-in-place) process.

The filter body can be easily fitted with various combinations of cartridges according to the required filtration phase – pre-filtration (coarse), intermediate filtration (fine) and microbial/sterile cartridges, which makes it a universal solution for a whole range of filtration tasks in beverage production.
