CK tank 530 l for fermentation, post-fermentation and aging of beer

The cylindro-conical tank makes it possible to carry out fermentation, post-fermentation and settling in one container. The total volume is 530 l; the outer diameter is 850 mm and the total height is 1,600 mm.

Construction and cooling

• stainless steel AISI 304, welded cylindrical-conical construction,
• smooth internal surface with roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 µm for easier sanitation,
• PUR insulation with a thickness of 50 mm on both the cylinder and the cone,
• cooling jacket on both the cylinder and the cone,
• integrated rotary CIP washing nozzle.

Valves and operation

According to the current technical specification, the tank is equipped with a beer outlet, a yeast outlet, a sampling valve, a CO₂ valve and a safety valve. The conical bottom makes it easier to drain and collect the yeast.

Optional configuration

Connection to the E-Brew system, level indicator and automatic shut-off valve are optional features. As they are not selected as separate variants on this page, please confirm with us the required configuration, connections and the resulting scope of delivery before ordering.
