The double-roller malt crusher is designed for controlled and gentle crushing of malt with an emphasis on preservation of fluff, uniform scrap structure and stable flow during draining.
The construction is based on the requirements of small breweries and advanced brewers who want to have a real influence on the quality of malt milling, not just "ground malt".

Key technical features
Large diameter cylinders
It ensures a smooth pull-in of the grain, less breaking of the husk and uniform crushing of the endosperm without excessive dusting.
Two cylinder system
Malt is crushed by pulling between rollers, not by shearing – resulting in a consistent mash suitable for both infusion and decoction mashing.
Preservation of fluff
The flume remains as intact as possible, which significantly improves filtration during draining and reduces the risk of clogging the drain layer.
Precise adjustment of the cylinder gap
The mechanical adjustment of the distance between the cylinders enables adaptation to different types of malt, degree of treatment and brewing technology.
Stable scraping performance
The construction is designed to hold the settings even during long-term operation without the cylinders starting up spontaneously.
Robust construction
The stainless steel body and hardened alloy rollers ensure a long service life and stable roller geometry even with regular use.
