We are developing a malting cabinet for small breweries with a planned capacity of 50–100 kg of malt per batch. This figure is indicative; we will confirm the specifications after testing the equipment in operation.
What your own malt could add to your beer
Making your own malt could let you shape the character of your beer from the grain onward. You could test different ingredients and methods, compare the results and develop a malt suited to your recipes. You could also combine your own malt with purchased malt for a special release.
The cabinet is still in development. We will add photos and verified specifications as testing progresses. We will publish the price and delivery date once they are confirmed.
