- Selected equipment: the brewhouse, water preparation, tanks and cooling, plus a malt mill, washing unit, filler or pasteurizer if needed. Items without a confirmed price must be quoted separately.
- Site preparation and commissioning: building work, utilities, cold room, transport, installation and training, depending on the agreed scope.
- Each batch: ingredients, energy, water, cleaning and sanitation supplies, CO₂ and labour. Sales also bring relevant taxes and operating costs.
- Operation between batchesRent, financing, service, administration, packaging and time to sell. Not all of these items are included in the indicative costing.
Payback depends on how you use the brewery.
The same technology may work every week in one place and only occasionally in another. That's why we need to know usage, beer price and costs, not just purchase price.
The calculator is based on the entered volume and sales of produced beer after losses. Its surplus before additional overhead is not net profit. Unpriced equipment and other costs may extend the actual return.
