CK tank 275 l
CK tank with a total volume of 275 l for fermentation, post-fermentation and aging of beer. Stainless steel AISI 304, diameter 700 mm, height 1,500 mm, cylinder and cone cooling and integrated CIP washing.
The connection to E-Brew, the level indicator and the automatic shut-off valve are selected according to the configuration.

The cylindro-conical tank makes it possible to carry out fermentation, post-fermentation and settling in one container. The total volume is 275 l; the floor plan dimensions are determined by an external diameter of 700 mm and a total height of 1,500 mm.
Construction and cooling
- stainless steel AISI 304, welded cylindrical-conical construction,
- smooth internal surface with roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 µm for easier sanitation,
- PUR insulation with a thickness of 50 mm on both the cylinder and the cone,
- cooling jacket on both the cylinder and the cone,
- integrated rotary CIP washing nozzle.
Valves and operation
According to the current technical specification, the tank is equipped with a beer outlet, a yeast outlet, a sampling valve, a CO₂ valve and a safety valve. The conical bottom makes it easier to drain and collect the yeast.
Optional configuration
The level indicator, temperature and cooling connection to the E-Brew system and the automatic shut-off valve are not a fixed part of every configuration. Select them in the product options above the "Add to Cart" button; the resulting price changes according to the chosen combination.
