A beer with its own story
Personal sampling opens up the space to explain the recipe, ingredients and differences between batches.

Yard sale and returnable bottles
Cook, sell to locals and prepare packaging for the next batch. A brewery people keep coming back to.
Why it makes sense
Selling directly from the brewery is one of the directions around which we design the entire technology. The customer gets to know the place and the person who brews his beer. You can adapt batches to local interest and method of collection.
Personal sampling opens up the space to explain the recipe, ingredients and differences between batches.
We will select a suitable type of reusable bottle and cap, connection to the dishwasher and filling. Not every bottle is suitable for repeated use.
We will think through the acceptance and sorting of packaging, damage control, backups and separate storage of used and clean bottles.
The dispensing point, collection dates, refrigerated storage and packaging records need space and time just like the brewhouse.
"From the yard" here means direct sales from the brewery, not a special exemption from production and sales requirements. Specific operating conditions need to be verified separately.
Discuss the brewery with direct sales →The cover is coming back. The story continues.
It's not just about offering a bottle. The washer, fill, warehouse and return rules must all work together. We already deal with these connections when designing the brewery.
