Automatic mashing
It controls the temperature steps and their length according to the set recipe. You determine the procedure, the sommelier monitors its progress.
Our technology · Our own management system
You invent beer. An electronic sub-chef takes over the guarding and repetitive work around him. It controls temperatures and times, helps with cooling, monitors the concurrence of heating and allows the brewery to be under control even from a mobile phone. See what it can do with individual devices — always according to the selected equipment.

01 / Varna
You prepare the recipe on the computer. At the brewhouse, E-Brew Assistance guides the entrusted steps and takes away the work that would otherwise require you to stand at the thermometer, pump or switchboard.
It controls the temperature steps and their length according to the set recipe. You determine the procedure, the sommelier monitors its progress.
It monitors the set time of the hop brewer so that you don't have to monitor its progress just by looking at your watch.
During cooling, it monitors the temperature of the wort and automatically adjusts the pump speed. The flow thus adapts to the required temperature.
It controls the heating of water in the brewhouse as a subsequent part of the operation of the brewhouse.
Do you have limited power? In the event of simultaneous heating, it can temporarily switch off the boiler heating and give priority to the boiler. It thus limits the current load according to the settings of the specific installation; it is not a substitute for properly designed electrical protection.
It controls the steam extraction, so there is no additional separate switch to think about when operating the kettle.
Through a remote connection, you can check the status and control the supported functions from anywhere you have an Internet connection. Available interventions correspond to equipment and set permissions.
You can easily set up the recipe on your computer. At the brewhouse, you can then concentrate on the ingredients and the brewing itself.
02 / Cooling and tank units
The cooling control unit controls the cooling and circulation pump and connects the control units on the individual tanks. They can work separately or together via a cooling unit. In this way, you can adapt the system to a small start and subsequent expansion of the brewery.
The central unit controls the cooling and circulation pump. It is the connecting point between the cooling source and the control of the individual tanks.
The tank unit with corresponding sensors measures the temperature, pressure and density of the beer. This way, you have an overview of the conditions in the tank and the progress of fermentation.
The unit controls the cooling valve and the automatic gate valve according to the set values. Temperature and pressure monitoring does not have to rely on repeated manual interventions.
You set the desired course of fermentation and the system continuously monitors it. According to the selected profile and equipment, it leads the set conditions; the brewer retains the overview and decision-making.
Each tank unit can work independently. By connecting through the cooling control unit, you get a jointly controlled assembly.
When connected to the Internet, you can monitor the status of the tanks even outside the brewery. The cloud overview shows you what is happening with the beer right now.
03 / Multipurpose dishwasher
You need different procedures for different tasks. E-Brew Assistance allows you to prepare your own wash recipes and return to them. It helps to manage individual cycles and keeps an overview of the work done.
You set your own washing procedures according to what you are cleaning. So you don't have to set up repeated tasks from the beginning every time.
The system records individual washes. You can return to completed cycles and check their progress.
Through a remote connection, you can check the status and control the supported functions of the dishwasher. The range of control corresponds to specific equipment and authorizations.
When the dishwasher is used for pasteurization, the system records its progress. In addition to the washing cycles, you also have the pasteurization history at your disposal.
04 / Flow paster
With our flow-through pasteur, E-Brew Assistance controls the process according to the specified parameters. It monitors not only the temperature, but also the flow — and records how the pasteurization took place.
You set the required parameters and the system automatically controls the temperature and flow during pasteurization according to them.
The pasteurization process is recorded in the log. You have a record to refer back to when reviewing the process.
The system itself detects a problem with the flow, including its termination at the end of the passage of the processed batch. The specific response of the device corresponds to its setting and design.
We are preparing / Connection with Odoo
We plan to connect E-Brew Assistance with the Odoo system so that production, inventory, sales and day-to-day administration are connected. From the raw material in the warehouse to the recipe and batch to the customer and the returned KEG. The goal is less rewriting and one common overview of operations.
Link the overview of raw materials, packaging and finished beer with recipes and production. Know what you have, what you will need and how it was cooked.
Link orders from the e-shop to customers, sales and available stock. Keep information together from order to delivery.
Record the movement of KEGs and their link to customers — what is in the brewery, what has left and what is due to return.
Link operational records to documents for taxes and required reports. We are still preparing the specific scope and method of processing.
Connect the website, e-shop and other online services with what really happens in the brewery.
This is a planned connection, not a finished integration. We will gradually introduce the individual parts when they are ready and verified in operation.
We select the range of E-Brew Assistance for specific equipment, sensors and action elements. The brewer continues to make decisions about the beer and is responsible for safe service; remote control is not a promise of unattended operation.
In the brewhouse configuration, you select semi-automatic control and other elements. The basic price of the manual kettle does not include them.
Configure the brewhouseTank control is part of the follow-up system. The number of tanks, sensors, valves and cooling capacity must match your operation.
View the fermentation systemDuring the scheduled visit, we will go over the service and the options that make sense for your brewing style.
